My Coach Story

Horses have shaped every chapter of my life from my first days in The Pony Club to an international coaching and mentoring career that now spans equestrian sport, rider wellbeing, and digital innovation.

My Equestrian Career 

I began coaching with The Pony Club and trained for my BHS exams at Greenacres Riding School in Puxley before continuing at Brampton Stables, Wellington Riding, and Gleneagles. My love of horses has taken me around the world  including time coaching and competing in New Zealand  and I’m proud of the adventures I’ve shared with my dressage horses Jack, Sebastian, and Neptune. My current horse, Salvation, is now at the heart of my riding journey.

Recognition & Credentials

I am a British Horse Society Accredited Professional Coach holding the Stable Manager’s Certificate, Senior Coach qualification, and UKCC Level 3 Coach. I am also a List 6 Judge, a Centre10 Advanced Coach, a British Dressage Recognised Coach, CIMSPA Advanced Coach Practitioner and a graduate of the National Development Programme for Coaching Excellence.
Highlights include being named Centre10 Runner-Up Coach of the Year, and nominations for both the UK Coaching Hero Award and the Equestrian Business Awards Coach of the Year.

Coaching Philosophy

I enjoy coaching competition and leisure riders alike, supporting them to find confidence, flow, and connection in their riding. Over the years I have competed up to Advanced Medium level in dressage, competing at Regional and National Championships. I really enjoy Freestyle Dressage to Music and representing England at the Amateur Home International was a real highlight. Alongside dressage, I also played A Grade Polocrosse before I fell in love with Dressage. 

Beyond the Arena

I am passionate about making coaching accessible to riders everywhere. As technology evolves, I’ve embraced new ways of working  from live remote coaching to building digital learning spaces. Today, I mentor both riders and coaches, helping them grow not only their skills in the saddle but also their confidence, creativity, and digital presence.

Through Equestrian Heroes, my online equestrian centre, I’ve created courses and resources such as Rider With A Plan, the Equestrian Athlete Programme, and the Achieve Dressage. These blend traditional coaching values with modern tools, helping riders make real progress while feeling supported and inspired.

Coaching Coaches & Creative Entrepreneurs

Alongside my equestrian coaching, I work with coaches and creative entrepreneurs as a business mentor and digital marketing strategist. Through my Coach to Coach hub and Marketing Mastermind programme, I help professionals design their digital identity, build thriving online communities, and make their expertise visible in a crowded online world.

As a Kajabi Partner and Enterprise Nation Adviser, I bring together my experience of coaching, education, and digital innovation to help others grow businesses that feel authentic, sustainable, and impactful.
