Get your website and systems in place
You might know that a website, online booking and an email list would make a useful difference to your coaching business, while working out how all those pieces fit together can quickly become another job in itself.
Coaching Business Foundations gives you a practical route through the build. We’ll start with what you want your website and systems to help you do, then work through the pieces in an order that gets something useful working at each stage.
You’ll create a home for your coaching business where riders can find out about you and your coaching, make it easy for them to get in touch, start an email list and connect the welcome email that follows, then create something riders can book and the communication they receive afterwards.
From there, we’ll bring the wider website together, connect your domain, add the details that help people and search engines understand what you do, and publish your new business home.
Work through it with me
Coaching Business Foundations sits beside your own Kajabi account while you build. I’ll show you the route through the platform, explain the choices that matter and help you decide what is worth setting up now, rather than asking you to learn everything Kajabi can do.
You can work through each stage at your own pace and come back later when you want to change something, add a new idea or remind yourself how you set something up.

The platform we’ll use
Coaching Business Foundations uses Kajabi to bring your website, email, bookings and coaching resources together in one place.
You’ll need your own Kajabi account, which has an ongoing subscription cost separate from the £750 Coaching Business Foundations fee. You don’t need an account before you join; I’ll guide you through setting it up when we reach that stage.
What will you have in place?
By the time you reach the end of Coaching Business Foundations, the pieces you have been working on are connected into something you can actually use.
You’ll have a website that introduces you and your coaching, with your own domain connected and the essential information in place to help riders and search engines understand what you do.
Riders will be able to join your email list and receive the welcome email you have written, contact you and book something you have chosen to offer through your website.
You’ll also know your way around the parts of Kajabi you have used to build those systems, so when you want to change a page, send another email, create another clinic or develop the website further, you know where to start.
Most importantly, you’ll have built these foundations around what you want your coaching business to do, rather than filling Kajabi with things simply because the platform makes them possible.

Your Kajabi account can grow with the ideas you decide are worth pursuing. Coaching Business Foundations finishes by helping you look at what else you could develop and decide what deserves your time, attention and budget next.
You can keep access to Foundations as a reference, returning to the stages whenever you want to find the route through something again.
