My Advent Calendar is back for Season 12. I’m celebrating this milestone with a slightly different format. This year the theme is Feel Good Dressage Golden Moments. Each day the door will unlock to reveal a Feel Good Dressage Card with an exercise created to help you embrace a gold state of mind this season. There is a digital deck of 24 cards to collect. Each card can be used in isolation or linked together to form your own mini programme. Housed in the Heroes library you will be able to view them on your phone with the Kajabi App so you have them in hand before you ride to set the Feel Good Dressage scene.
