What Would You Put on Your Life Goals List?

What would you put on a life goals list?
You might think about places you would love to visit, something you would like to experience with your horse, a competition you would enjoy entering, something you would like to learn or an idea that has been sitting at the back of your mind for a while.
Begin with a brainstorming session and let your thoughts tumble onto the page. You may naturally create headings — horses, travel, work, adventures, learning, family or something completely different. Your list is yours.
1. Give your imagination some free rein
A Life Goals List gives you space to think about possibilities. Some might be quite achievable now and others might belong much further into the future. Write them down anyway.
2. A list is wonderfully simple
I’m a big fan of vision boards and I enjoy visualising new projects, adventures and possibilities. But there is something about the simple act of putting pen to paper that brings a different kind of focus.
You can add to your list, cross things out, change your mind and come back to it later.
3. Notice what appears on your list
Your list can become an interesting conversation with yourself. Are there things you keep returning to? Something you would really like to make happen? Perhaps one of the bigger ideas could become a series of stepping-stone goals.
There is no requirement to turn everything on the page into a plan. Some things can simply be lovely possibilities.
I had some fun creating different versions of mine. Here is my Equestrian Coach Life Goals List.
