Your Equestrian Dreams

Look in the mirror

Reflection is not a pause in progress. It is how progress becomes visible.

It gives you the chance to remember what happened when you rode, to think about what pleased you, what happened, and what you would like to do in your next sessions.

It is also an opportunity to recognise the progress you and your horse are making together.

After riding we have a lot to think about.

When things go well we remember the excitement and sense of connection and replay the memorable moments. We unpack what happened and the things that made a difference.

It is a key part of the learning process.

Reflection creates space for learning between rides.

As we notice more and ride with greater awareness, we begin to think differently about the ride and the conversation we shared with our horse.

Inside Equestrian Heroes you will find space to think about your ride and remember what went well.

The library includes a personal hub where you can make notes and capture reflections, creating a place to return to your thoughts and experiences.

Riding always brings new experiences.

The journey might include new beginnings, returning after time away, building confidence, developing a partnership or discovering something new, with each experience becoming part of our story as riders.

Reflection creates space to notice these parts of the journey too.

It helps us think about where we are now, the progress we are making and the experiences shaping our path forwards.

Every rider has a story.

The Heroes Quiz invites you to explore your riding style and discover more about the experiences, moments and themes that shape your journey.
