The Equestrian Heroes App Is Ready for a New Season

What do you do with the five minutes before you ride? Or the five minutes afterwards?

I’ve been thinking about those moments a lot.

The Equestrian Heroes App is ready for a new season, with the Centre, Library and Rider Lounge together on your phone.

Before you ride, you might want to look at an exercise, think about your preparation or decide what you would like to notice with your horse.

Afterwards, you might want to celebrate something that went well, think through something that puzzled you or remember something you want to try next time.

Between rides, there is time to learn more, read, listen or join a conversation with other riders.

That space between rides interests me.

Riding gives us so much to think about. Sometimes a question comes to us as we untack. Something a coach said suddenly makes sense later. We remember the feel of a transition, wonder about something our horse did or want to understand a comment on a test sheet.
