How It Works
Your First Steps review is a personalised moment of coaching where I watch your ride, add coaching observations directly to your video and share practical guidance you can use in your next ride.
Step 1: Record
Capture a short clip of your ride. Around 3 minutes is ideal.
Step 2: Request Trainer Feedback
Request Trainer Feedback in the Pivo app and copy your unique link.
Step 3: Send Your Link
Complete your First Steps form and paste in your Trainer Feedback link.
What happens next
I'll watch your ride carefully, add coaching observations directly to your video and send your personalised review within 3–5 days.
